Walked in thinking theres was a catch Turnes out you just have to show up Since August till now Jan Ive lost over lbs Super nice welcoming. Since then Ive been referred to a local Brazilian jujitsu academia my original fitness journey free mma changed my life

Its actually free I absolutely love this gym All of the teachers are real fighters, there is a work out area as well as free classes for everyone adults and kids and everyone is really really nice And again its actually free
