They always charge me late fees, they have my bank account and tell me my bank wont ok charge. Untrue per my bank. They have my credit card on file also still I get a late charge. I tried to discuss it with the manager, who is an arrogant dismissive man.

The womens showers are cold, no warm water whatsoever. I brought it up once to the front desk but the problem persists. I know theres warm water in the mens shower because my partner uses the same gym. The rest of the gym is fine.
