I think Chico Sports Gym is Great I think its one of the best gyms in Chico. I would recommend it to anyone. I actually had to move from Chico I really miss this gym. Im very satisfied that we didnt get charged for another month after we left.

Stephanie with billing is extremely rude and uncooperative. Facility is dirty and many people I know had a nightmare with getting bills while they were closed for Covid. We switched to In Motion Fitness, it is only more and a million times better. They were able to safely stay open through Covid as well.

Huge props to Stephanie Long story short, I work in the hospital and didnt feel comfortable coming back in to the gym during COVID after the temporary closure. Stephanie was very respectful and understanding and helped me to figure out my messy billing situation. Carson was great as well But Stephanie really impressed me

Manager followed me to the locker room. Confronted me when I was naked about checking in at the front desk, which I did. He looked me up and down with a disgusted look on his face. Now I dont want to go back in his judgment free zone, and have to pay for a year. If you arent a you will get treated badly.
