Best bang for your buck if you are just trying to stay fit. The price for black card is unbearable and the water massage chairs to perfection. If you are looking for a cheap start to your workout, this is the place to try first.

Yum Yum Yummo Gotta love the Gelato Nice people.

They put my fianc and I in month contracts. We were told when we signed up it was month to month no commitment. It even says on the website no commitment. The evening manager is very rude. I have heard him cussing at customers and he yells at people. Now we are leaving out of the country and they wont let us out of the contracts.

This is a great gym for the price, it gets pretty busy at times but thats to be expected. My only complaint is that they keep it way too hot in there at times. Its difficult to do cardio when it feels like its degrees with no airflow other than two fans that really dont do too much.

Im so sad about the Chico Ca location, a bunch of rude college kids running the place. Its social time at the front desk all the time and exactly what planet fitness is NOT supposed to be about. Get some matural employees please Maybe More

This planet fitness gym is located inside the mall. You need to take a left turn to find it to the back inside. There are a lot of parking spots outside. Although it can be a it crowded as this is located in a mall shopping center.

Its pretty clean setup, doesnt have much of what I would like to use but its a perfect setup for people that is just trying to get their foot in the doors when it comes to working out or getting their groove back. Also its definitely cheap and worth it

Staff is always extra friendly and super helpful I was worried about joining a planet fitness but my experience at Chico has been excellent. Jenelle in particular was a huge help with some questions I had. Highly recommend
