I love period Best decision Ive made in years Best workouts and I feel amazing after each workout You should have an Apple Watch or fitness tracker for tracking your results and workouts Give it a try if you want scheduled and structured workouts

Wife was advised for health reason for sauna use and this place goes abouve just a sauna . Renee and all staff is great, easy use clean facilities and great health benefits.

Very cool spot. Small. But, very cool concept. I did minute HIIT workouts. Cycle, water rower and cardio bike. Loved the dripping sweat feeling. There is no music, I recommend if you like music take your earpods. I didnt get to try More
