Clean gym, well maintained equipment, clean locker room, and nice staff. Not to busy in the early morning, but it is in the afternoon and parking is an issue.

I havent been here in several months one word to sum it up, MADHOUSE. It was concert packed in here Friday pm ish. Great machines, a bit stuffy due to the amount of people. People using the flat ab machines for shoulder press, really Check it out.
