Rock and KarMa Fitness is a FAMILY environment that promotes physical fitness as a method of communal, familial, and personal development and support. This is the gym CARPE DIEM built With the family we brought together in , our team has grown exponentially, and our dream has materialized into walls they all can officially call home. We do have bootcamp style classes available all week long and we offer personal training, small group, specialty trainings, and offsite training to condition for various activities.
