The customer service skill at this location is very disgusting especially staff from am to pm.They always busy in their phones and do not welcoming clients at all.Actually I been into different locations of Planet fitness but here they need to take some classes to warmly welcome and improve their Customer service skills.

This location is better than others. The area is nice. The machines are always available.There are a bunch on spray bottles and paper towels in many locations throughout the gym

Usually at this point if you require a mask businesses usually just supply one for you to use. I just happen to forget it this time. I was told they require a mask at all times even though walking up I see people thru the window people are not wearing one working out. . Mandate aside just bad customer service.

I really like my gym, it is huge and always clean, a lot of cardio machines to choose from, nice people at the front desk, used to go to this location when it was anytime fitness but this one is even better, I pay less monthly and I can More

This location has improved quite a bit the graveyard staff are no longer as rude I hear the mens bathroom isnt very clean but the womens restroom is nice and clean. Love the tanning beds. Also love that they are open hours a day

If I could give zero Stars I would day in and day out the mens locker room slush shower area restroom area is absolutely filthy especially in the wee hours of the night. Shady sketchy creepy and filthy men coming and going all night More
