Im disappointed by this location. The staff is disinterested with helping customers in anyway and quite frankly they seemed uneducated as well. I tried to use the body enhancement machine and nothing seemed to work properly but I didnt feel comfortable asking for help from the staff.

I sent a certified letter to cancel my membership, it was securely received by employee JF per USPS electric return receipt. I followed up four business days later via telephone and the reception says my membership was never canceled. I do not recommend Planet Fitness Costa Mesa
