Love this place A lot of great equipment to use and have a lovely staff. They also have an adult open gym which is really hard to find around here.

Can get a bit crowded, and the quality of individual instructors can vary, but most are amazing. Overall it is a great place to learn and explore for youth of all ages. And adults too.

As a family weve come regularly for three years. My year old son loves going and over the years has become very fit only six pack in the family and that fitness and coordination has been a great benefit to him in other sports. We also regularly take our yr old and month old to open gym.
