In I was diagnosed with diabetes. I joined Fitness Advantage with their support and guidance the diagnosis was reversed. Seven years and no need to take meds to control blood sugar but a new wardrobe to fit the smaller me call me happy to belong.

Great gym with nice people. Amenities are new but the overall size of the gym is a bit small and can feel cramped during peak hours. Gym membership is a little pricier than other gyms. The demographics of this gym consist of more mature and older participants.
