This is the REAL gym in town. Salt of the earth people and all the equipment you need to get a good workout. I love the fact that they dont have a wall of TVs. Joe the owner keeps the pace clean, safe, and positive. The hour key access is very convenient. Affordable membership too

This place is a gym for the hardcore. Joe the owner is a great guy who is very nice. The gym has everything you need to meet any fitness goals from loosing weight , toning , and bodybuilding .

GREAT GYM. Im a visitor from out of town. I worked out here and was very impressed with the facility. For the best results, plan ahead to reach the owner to work things out because its a private gym. There are plenty of free weights, machines and cardio equipment.

Nice and open. Clean. Good music. All the toys I could ask for. Members are respectful and generally hard working. Nice gym.

Loved going to this gym I initially joined since its open hrs but stayed for all the other perks. Its nothing fancy but Joe takes great care of the machines and the facilities. He makes sure to learn and remember everyones name, too. It made the whole experience of working out here even better.
