I love the gym, all the equipment and the classes. I do wish the LT Cafe would use PB powder in their Protein shakes instead of real Peanut Butter. They have tons of calories.

The facility is clean and equipments are clean, updated and available when I wanted to use one. More

I like the facility. Clean, well maintained, nice bathrooms, towels provided. Unfortunately, I cant give more than stars because of frequent rate hikes and failure to offer new member benefits that justify the increase. Membership dues More

It used to be much better, but the cost for the services now provided is not a good value. Pool is amazing, however the rules make it less fun for the family. We go to the Folsom aquatic center instead to have a better time. Food is good.
