Premier Fitness has the right equipment to get the job done and also offers a few different classes. I personally enjoy the Zumba class taught by Yuka she is very sweet but will also push you to your limits.

In Elk Grove for a class. Called in advance and was told per day to use gym. Used it on Wednesday and came back Thursday walked to gym with phone, earbuds and a bill and was told its . Explained I paid yesterday...sorry.....wow never again.

Joined at the end of May on a special great price for what you get. I was able to add my spouse with the deal. We are on different schedules and this is the only gym that is open hours in the area.

I recently joined and was given a complimentary training session. The session was very helpful and got me comfortable with the gym. Zach motivated me and gave me a workout plan. Definitely would recommend this gym to anyone in the surrounding area.

This gym has a calm atmosphere not over crowded like most gyms. I like being able to use equipment when i want. The gym is very upfront about what youre signing up for and even offered me a free personal training session. Glad i was recommended this place

I canceled my year membership and was told I would get a refund. I sent over the documentation to get a refund. I never got one and they started charging me monthly for a gym membership which I already paid for in full. I need a manager to reach to me because I moved far away and every time I call I get the full mailbox.

Gym is very run down the owner charges people even after their membership runs out. Currently have filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau due to their shoddy business practices.
