Our By the Bay club is conveniently located on First Street in Old Town Eureka. Here we offer a variety of exercise classes and Personal Training. All members have access to Yoga, Pilates Mat, Conditioning classes. Through HSPFit Team Training members enjoy unlimited TRX HIIT sessions. Unlimited Pilates Reformer classes are also available for HS Pilates subscribers. We are the only HealthSPORT location that offers towel service, making it ideal for your lunch hour workout. We are a Silver Sneakers facility Additionally, HealthSPORT By the Bay is the ONLY North Coast club with HOTWORX minute workout classes performed in an infrared sauna.
