Great instructors, great community. I miss the HPF classes which is why I cancelled my monthly package.People need to know that your monthly rate is no longer the bay area rate at . That was WAY too high for the fair oaks market...much more affordable now Please bring back HPF classes

Your Fair Oaks studio has a calm and welcoming vibe. I appreciate how warm and friendly everyone has been. I am new to the studio but have enjoyed taking Taylor and Tamaras classes so far.

The yoga instructors provide clear instructions, create a wellbalanced flowing classes, and carefully guide yogis through their practice. The facilities are immaculate, the props are plentiful, and the locker rooms have all the necessary amenities. Sabrina and Cici are excellent.
