Restroom is dirty out of hand soap machines need to repair need to repair and clean restroom and gym is terrible too much need to do work

Good to have a open in the Sacramento area. Pretty busy usually. Plenty of parking.

Ive always believed the old layout at this location with two basketball courts was a much better layout. Overall, the gym area and equipment is in good shape but this location desperately needs updating with the showerrestroomspool areas.

The sales and service manager Malik made it super easy to sign up whole process took me less than minutes thank you Malik This location definitely nicer than the hr fitness I used to go to back in the day

Front desk employee was on his phone and didnt acknowledge anyone coming in or out of the gym. No face mask either. Crowded dirty gym. Poor customer service and hospitality.

Its Hour Fitness, staff very nice gym is clean, lot of machines and weights, dont forget classes and even online

Not what I expected from a hr fitness, Front desk was friendly. Steam room was down, sauna was packed like a can of sardines and smelled like it too. Womens restroom was to be desired, I waited to get home to use my own. I believe facility could be better, just need proper staffing.
