Very good gym. Primarily a muay thai gym but Open mat is a fun experience if you want to test out the gym for jiu jitsu. Nice little family of fighters and is very personal. If you want to get great instruction and have some good rolls I highly recommend at least trying it out because you will fall in love quick.

Great gym, all the coaches and students are very welcoming and supportive. Would recommend to anyone regardless of skill level. Great instruction and atmosphere for a dayone student all the way to pro fighters.
