Their locker rooms and bathrooms are unsanitary. The used towel bin is always over flowing. Repairs on the broken or damaged equipment takes weeks and sometimes months to be fixed.

definitely NOT a Super Sport the equipments here are extremely outdated and most are broken. If you do end up coming to this gym for whatever reason, to double check the equipment before you use it that it is not broken or damaged More

Nice gym. A lot of spray bottles everywhere to clean the equipment. Better than San Jose where I used to go. Theres only one person at the front so sometimes it takes a while to get help. Not a big deal for me.

Machines are available and functional most of the time . They need to keep the showers area clean.

Honestly when will we get back to the point of hr operation. I mean this is the key highlight to hr gym. Being able to go anytime of the day around the clock. We pay the same monthly bill for less of our membership. Honestly they are quietly getting away with us paying more while getting less.

My wallet and phone were stolen too from the locker room, the locker was cut by the thief, and the cop told me this gym has valuables stolen often

I do not know why but they are letting this location go to slum level . Broken jacuzzi . Broken ADA shower that I need . Filthy shower stalls and locker rooms . More

Came in for a day trial, my bag with my wallet and keys etc locked up in the changing room were stolen bolt cutters and the thief already start running my credit card while I was still working out. The police officer that showed up said it happens every day here. Horrible crime here, managementstaff are aware and dont care.
