My small group classes will help you work in all fitness zones cardio, strength, endurance, balance and flexibility so you can do more of what you love and feel better doing it

I would recommend Fitness with Rachel to anyone who wants a great workout in a short amount of time. The sessions are minutes in length with a variety of classes to choose from. Youll enjoy the variety of music and the personal attention in a small class. Do give Rachel a try , youll not be disappointed.
