We are a family run martial arts studio in beautiful Hollister Ca. We have classes for all ages, starting at years old all the way to . We teach a mixed system of different styles of martial arts from all over the world. We have a base of traditional Tae Kwon Do, but our system has evolved over the years and now incorporates Muay Thai Kickboxing, Brazilian Jujitsu, and Escrima, just to name a few. If you are looking to learn self defense, Boost your confidence, get in better shape, or do something fun and exciting with your family you will love the high energy, and dynamic classes at our school. Kids love learning awesome karate moves but more importantly they are learning valuable life skills, like respect, discipline and goal setting
