I love taking the PIYO class every Sunday morning. Its a great way to lengthen and strengthen my muscles. I only wish the class was offered more often during the week.

Their zumba classes are super fun and get my body moving. I love the way they make their fitness routines so fun. Im always so sweaty after each class. I feel great after my workout. Maria is a great instructor. She helps everyone build up their confidence and get fit Im going to try BURN next.
