I just moved down here and checked out a couple gyms around the area and this one is the best location it has tons of equipment and weights they also got saunas a female,male, and co Ed which is a plus if Im coming in with my wife and did i also mention their kids club is only a month

I love group classes here. Emplooyees are polite and the gym is very clean. Azadeh and Elena are great and all other instructors. I wish they had more group classes.all in all this is my favorait gym

I would like to .say thank you to the managers and staff for keeping a clean professional gym environment. This location Lake Forest is FAR better than any of the other locations I have been to in Irvine. Quality, uptodate machines, clean gym floor and locker room, pleasant staff and attention to detail. Nice gym, convenient and close. Happy they arent forcing the stupid mask rules. If you want to wear yours go ahead. Other than that has the equipment needed, its clean and has exactly what I need to get my workout in. Wish the hours were different for weekends though.
