The workouts are timed well, you never feel stuck at one exercise. And all parts of the workout can be tailored to your personal workout experience and goals. The coaches are amazing at keeping things upbeat and moving but also making sure you dont just show up but actually crush your goals

While on vacation I attend the Long Beach Orangetheory facility and felt as if I was back at home. The staff, coaches and members were so nice and welcomed me as if I was a regular. This will be my home base facility while on vacation in California.

I LOVE OTF. The engagement vibe is top notch. From the moment you step in you are greeted with such a warm fuzzy atmosphere. Dont worry, its not the annoying typebut the kind of atmosphere that makes you want to perform at your BEST. Best investment for my mental health.
