Excellent coaches with great atmosphere. Membership is affordable. I had always wanted to learn the sport of boxing, but even if you just want to get into shape there is no pressure to get into the ring if you dont want to

The owner is nice but the little short coach is mean for no reason and the owners brotheris mean also.. kids are all over the place, they are mostly just doing exercise and minutes of teaching how to box. No kids are boxing one More
