They dont answer phones and dont return calls when you leave a message but they keep charging your account after leaving messages to cancel your membership

Very very clean. No inside working out right now due to covid. All of it is outside, even the pools.

I have only ever been here for the physical therapy and overall it was a great experience. The therapists are all skilled and qualified and very helpful and friendly. They have helped me with both a knee and a shoulder problem and would recommend their services to most anyone

Great place to work out and relax by the pool. Many excellent classes from yoga and dance to TRX and in pool movement for seniors. Staff is very helpful. Facility is clean and cool in the summer months. Work out equipment for all skill levels from heavy free weights to elastic stretch band.

Trainers at this place great. They pay attention to detail. Various equipment are available and kept clean. They have someone who goes around making sure its sanitary. People are helpful and available when you need them.
