Benicia Health & Fitness Club

A great place to work out. All the instructors are experienced and the front desk people are friendly. I have been there many years and I have no complaints. Great for families. The premises are clean and there is plenty of free parking.

Love this gym When I joined, I was bent over like a cave woman and in constant pain. Within a year I am now upright, and pain free. The variety of gym equipment cannot be matched by any other gym in the area. The classes that they offer are also plentiful with a good variety. I really like the strength training class that I go to. It has really helped me learn about my body and the best practices when I work out on my own.

My daughter really enjoyed the staff at the child care center. She was able to go play and be taken care of while I was in a class or working out. The rates are excellent and include so many perks you wouldnt be able to think of, like child care and towels. The club has been well managed for the past years I have been a member.

I think the friendliness of the staff is the best part of going to Benicia Health and Fitness. They are there anytime you need them to ask a question about the equipment, the class schedule, and other things. It is a great place to work out. The community feeling is also a really nice part of the experience too.
