Accelerate Performance is a gym geared to helping clients move and feel better. Wecater to improving athletic performance, increasing range of motion, core strength, muscular strength and endurance, weight loss, movement effiecency, and provide small group and personal training. We do this with functional equipment that enhances normal day to day and athletic movements without the normal gym machines and atmosphere.Our train with purpose motto comes from the personalization in our progressive programming for our clients which begins by improving core strength and posture. We understand that everyone doesnt have the same movement patterns and goals and make sure that we train specifically to their needs.
