I do like this place. Parking was a challenge until COVID. Gym is pretty standard. Has everything to get the job done. They have a wide variety of cardio machines. There are powerlifting stations in the front towards the basketball courts More

Poor customer service.Genesis asked to register my husband as a buddy even though we havent been asked to do so at other locations. He didnt have his wallet so no physical ID, we More

Customer service is poor. They cannot offer any other way to check in if someone does not have their picture ID or if the hour fitness mobile app is down. I wish they take two minutes to look up a members name on computer or offer more help to check members in. Disappointed and do not recommend this gym.

Management and team really need to do more about mask control beside making an announcement. People doesnt take it seriously if there is no staff that walks around the floor to reinforce mask mandate. If this requirement cant be fulfilled at least keep the front door opens at all time, is bloody hot inside the gym.

I been at that location for more that years, Before the pandemic the place ok clean but now is dirty for many day. I talk to the stuff on the front desk and they said ok and let them know some of the machines are not working More
