Everything about this gym is extraordinarily. Best Trainers , everyone is so friendly. The Dr here Dr Andrea Colon is the best . Shes so caring and has truly changed my health. Other doctors I see dont even compare to her . Nurse Cathy so friendly and caring. Cant really say enough about this place .

I love it here. The space is very modern and clean looking, everyone is very friendly and helpful as well. The gym supplies towels, toiletries, showers so you can get ready for work right after a morning session. Plus getting to work with NMDs, Chiropractors, Nutrition coaches, and trainers all in the same spot is so cool
