My whole family works out here. Have friends and locals coming in Ive known most my life. Great equipment and well kept. Owner is a great guy and knows how to keep a gym clean and people happy. Great accommodation and even more to come. More

This gym is great. Never too crowded. It has a great selection of machines and free weights. Staff is friendly. The atomosphere there is what a gym is suppose to feel like. You go there to put in work

I really like this fitness A lot of space, and a lot of machines for workout. Enjoying my time spending in sauna, swimming pool and jacuzzi after jim. Also they have the best massage therapist here

Very clean gym, respectful and nonjudgemental atmosphere , very friendly staff and patrons ,if you are just starting out in your fitness journey or are looking for a great place with lots of equipment and room this is the gym to belong to

I like the staff and the hours that they have on Monday through Thursday. I wish that they were open until midnight on Friday and Saturday, but Woodland is not too far away. Jay is a great addition to the night crew because he actually cleans the steam room and sauna really good.
