Came in to discuss potential membership and was offered a week long free trial. I came back in two days later and they couldnt find me in the system and was told they could help me until Monday it was Wednesday. Ill go somewhere that actually takes care of their customers.

A bit low on equipment relative to some other Crunch locations. Specifically they dont have dumbbells in . lb. Increments and they only have Olympic lifting racks. Still head and shoulders a better experience than hour fitness or Planet fitness though.
