Great place to get fit they have a big gym area iron plates for your weight lifting pleasure atlas weights fitness classes meal plans depending what you are looking for they seem to have a little of everything.

Absolutely love this facility. The classes are amazing. Start with a warm up, goes into stretching, and then into working out. The trainers are all wonderful and very mindful of every person in their classes. They truly seek to help people learn and grow not just physically but also by educating on correct form for movements.

Place is awesome The guy who runs it is very respectful and a good guy. Place is clean, and spacious. I enjoyed it. If I lived near by the area I would definitely be there each day. I highly recommend this place

Be careful bring your teenage daughters here. One of the coaches Jason preys on teenage girls. He has done it multiple time.Keep your children safe

I really like it, its spacious with lots of equipment and a great room for massages if you pay . a month. What I really like is that they require you to wipe down the machines after each use which means no more sweaty dripping More

This gym is amazing. Its not overpriced and when you do the group classes you dont get lost in the shadows. I have only attended a couple classes but I will definitely continue the instructors are amazing and everyone is very friendly.
