It was a clean quiet atmosphere and I look forward to getting some personal training and getting stronger and back in shape.

The owner is extremely nice and friendly. Constantly keeps the place nice and clean. Most of the people that go here also wipe equipment down after theyre done using it. If you dont bring your own music to listen to with headphones, the music thats played over speakers is great as well.

Amazing gym Very clean, very functional, very well equipped. While the gym is awesome with affordable rates and thoughtful clientele...the staff is easily the best this location has to offer.
