I canceled in . Been charged since. Even during pandemic. Shady business. Charging even tho its obvious I havnt been using the facility. They dont act in good faith. They r a money grab business that doesnt care about customers.

When I made my subscription I payed the down payment and they didnt mention that Id have to pay more after months. Im very unsatisfied. The gym is always full. i would like to get a refund. I feel betrayed

The gym is always clean and well kept the staff is very welcoming and the members are nice

Fitness is a very cheap gym, probably the cheapest you could find in the Bay Area thats not a Planet Fitness. And their quality is reflected by that price point. More
