StudioFlex offers a diverse selection of the East Bays most educated and experienced independent Certified Personal Trainers, each with their own unique training style and fitness background. Our CPTs provide lifechanging training by thoroughly assessing every aspect of a clients overall health and addressing the needs of that person as a whole beyond just his or her body. We have designed services to meet the needs of each client based on goals, availability and budget. You and your coach will customize a health and fitness plan to address your greatest physiological needs. We are currently offering outdoor sessions as well as virtual sessions.
