This place is good and Ive learned a lot of stuff here not just about fighting about character and I recommend this place if you want to learn how to box because the training here is serious and you will get ready in no time and there is a positive vibe about everyone here and they are friendly

Staff is the best. Makes you feel at home. Extremely clean. Am able to workout and go tanning afterwards with no troubles. Would recommend to both casual and experienced gym goers. Love it here.
