Excellent gym for lifting and athletes. No contracts and no dues when signing up which is amazing. Great equipment. Open spaces. Not crowded except during gym rush hours and still isnt that bad. Great place to get strong.

Very clean and old school gym. The owners constantly monitor and clean the place. The monthly fee is low, and there is no hassle to cancel. The equipment is well maintained. Parking is easy. The people here workout with a purpose. I never feel out of place asking for a spot.

Picked this as my first gym to start weight lifting, its a great gym mostly everyone is friendly. The owner cares about the gym members and keeping the equipment in working order.

I really like the feel of the gym because it reminds me of an old school Bodybuilding gym. This gym literally has equipment that most box gyms dont have and for the cost it is totally worth every penny. I will most definitely be bringing other serious lifters that I know to this gym.
