This place has been a godsend during this time. Julie was so helpful and fun when I took her Xformers class. It was my first time and I was in awe of how strong the women around me were. I might need a week to recover but will definitely be back.

Ive been coming to Coreology for years and its an addiction The instructors are so encouraging. It can feel intimidating at first but I assure you that this is not a place where youll feel judged if youre not able to do it at first. Give it a shot
