Justin is an excellent personal trainer and wont just get you to do a bunch of push ups. Hell tailor a specific program to suit your needs, taking your weaknesses into account. If you want a great workout and dont want to get hurt in the process then definitely come here.

Gyms House is a wonderful gym and training facility. All of the coaches are great and attentive. They will make sure that you have good form and get a quality workout in. There is no hidden fees or hoops that other gyms make you jump though. They are honest owners who promote health and well being. would recommend.
