My brother and me enjoyed workout at this gym, actually all the equipments that we need were there, also we got free advices from a personal trainer, I do not remember his name lol but thanks for him, the problem with me was the distance More

Great gym and owner is always trying to make it better. They recently expanded and it always seems they are trying to optimize the place. Ive been there for about a year. Sometimes I go in there and nobody is there and it feels like my own personal gym usually really late. Everybody is very friendly and it feels like East Sac.

This gym had everything I needed for a great workout. They were open till PM on Christmas Eve when every other gym in Sac closed at PM. Thanks for being there East Sac Fitness You made my Christmas If I hadnt been able to workout Christmas Eve I would of been grumpy all day on Christmas. Thanks again
