Great donuts, affordable hr gym, and fast food options. The only thing keeping this from being stars is the presence of vagabonds which can feel unsettling in the later hours

Vons, RiteAid, GoodWill, Big Lots, donuts, Subway, Wendys, several other small shops. Its a great area, one of our favorite shopping malls in Ventura.

Kind of old, creepy mall but I like it anyway. Big Lots and Barts Shoe Repair are places I visit. I want to visit the hot dog and beer location, too

Easy to get in and out of. fast food places pizza parlor. Grocery store, dollar tree and several other stores there. Fun center to go to.

Tradition shopping center housing a variety of big brand stores which include a grocery store, pharmacy, gym, thrift store, bank, fat good and various independents such as a beauty supply, donuts, and others. Very clean with lots of safe parking in a nice neighborhood.
