Ventura Family YMCA

The Ventura Family YMCA is a nonprofit, health and wellness center offering child care, summer camp, youth activities and programs, swimming, youth and adult sports, and play time. The Y offers educational and leadership development activities for children and teens. The fitness facility for adults, families, and seniors consists of a gym, cardio and weight rooms, group exercise classes such as yoga, and personal training.The Y is communitycentered, connecting people of all ages and backgrounds to bridge the gaps in each communities needs and organize grassroots efforts to influence public policy around social issues, including child welfare, education, and public health. Members join, advocate, volunteer and donate.

The YMCA Ventura recently renovated parts of the ladies restroom. Its very nice, more toilets, showers, very clean. Ive been a member for years. Im very pleased with the offerings at my gym. love the cardio room and their FitLinxx room is ideal for beginners and veterans alike. Thumbs Up

Clean nice employees but i love the fact they accept vouchers for homeless or low income children. Ventura unified school district homeless laison gave all of my kids a swimming pass during the summer a few years back and the kids loved it If you are homeless or low income ask vusd laison for more info for your kids..
