If you are thinking of joining a gym in the Bay Area, DO NOT join Fitness SF. They have instituted a policy forcing all new and current members to install an app in order to enter the gym. Go to your app store and review the permissions More

Loving the recent remodel of the multipurpose room upstairs The removal of the wall dividing the room and the rest of the gym has made it feel less congested and allowed for more light to flow into the gym. More

Does the job. Pretty reasonable prices and courteous staff. Spacious with lots of equipment. Can get a bit busy in the late afternoon. Shower is not private. Other than that its a decent gym.

Nice equipment. Clean. I like the EO toiletries. Not crowded during the times I choose to work out. The front desk guy is nice friendly. A great gym in the Castro.

Went many years ago when it was golds. Best gym I have been in in the San Francisco area. I also tryed another gym nearby this gym so much better.

This is my favorite gym, despite the relatively small size and the growing number of folks during busy hours. The gym is totally sufficient, and the community vibe is the best in town.
