I went in to join and was assisted by a wonderful young man. They had all of the top quality cardio equipment my physical therapist recommended for me. Wonderful place kind employees.

You get what you put into your workout routine and the atmosphere is great

I just moved out here from Arizona. Tried a day trial. Gym has everything you need for a full body workout Cleanliness is on point I felt very comfortable with my time there. Employees are very professional Uplifting atmosphere Thanks for the great experience

Great place to go exercise. Staff is great and members always seem to be courteous.

They want to charge as much as LA fitnesspower house but the gym is half the size and equipment is down all the time.
