Guest pass is a scam. Signed up, waited hours as other reviews said it cannot be used before hrs, walked in just to be told that I should have received a call to activate the pass. No one called. More

Dont sign up here unless you never want to be able to cancel. Have been in there times trying to cancel and everytime theres some problem. Every service you sign up for needs to be cancelled separately and if the specific guy who can do it isnt there you cant cancel. Might have to stop payment as the last resort solution

Glad that masks are still enforced but dont love feeling crammed next to people I dont know during these times. Understand not much can be done to still fill the seats and make money. I wish concessions would have been open to enjoy a beverage on intermission but guessing thats all on hold for now too.

Some staff really are amazing professionals and restock cleaning supplies when asked and others not so much. Some may even laugh when you ask for help which can be unfortunate.
