First time here. Showed up min early for a Pilates class and instructor named Sandy never showed up. Asked the front desk and they said its an recurring thing and So sorry about that. Why cant you just fire her or remove this class from your schedule This place is a freaking joke

Signed up for the day free pass and apparently in the fine print this location doesnt do the free pass so dont waste your time.

Im really enjoying this gym. I joined with a buddy pass with my boyfriend and only pay month to go with him whenever he goes. Very reasonably priced Also this hour fitness is two stories and absolutely huge There is so much More

This gym has plenty of parking and welcoming staff. Its clear their making a concerted effort to keep the general areas clean. Their cardio machines are plenty, free weight area was a bit crowded. Wished there were more leg machines More

Small gym and sparse equipment compared to nicer hs over the hill but they still charge you premium Super Sport prices. This club should be downgraded to Sport.

Went to do a trial membership at this place and received the email and text message confirmation but the lady wouldnt let me use this even though I had just moved to the area. Didnt offer an explanation just rudely stated....we dont do More

Signed up for the free day trial pass through the hour fitness website to try out gyms in the area. Arrived, and front desk person said it doesnt apply at this location. Was charged bucks for day pass. Dont mind paying but its about the principles.

Ive never been to gym thats so dirty, the mens bathrooms are gross, showers have red mold and scum. Sink had been broken for weeks and the urinals smell terrible. Mirrors are covered in spit marks and the corners everywhere in the gym More

I was really missing my heavy weight lifting workouts during the pandemic and was dying to get back into the gym. This facility has all the necessary equipment to stay in shape. The pool sauna and hot tub are an added bonus. My only complaint is that it could be cleaner.
