i love the fact that you pay for days in which count on attendance. whereas other places charge you for a month despite the fact that you may not attend due to life matters. the gym itself is nice, small and comfortable.

The coaches are very attentive to your form, pay close attention to everyone in the class and are very welcoming. Since I started working out at Seabright CrossFit I am in better shape than Ive ever been and have become part of a really great group of supportive and motivating people.
