Boxing condition, everyone is welcomed any ages. Everyone works stays busy Monday,Wednesday Fridays from pm. I have two helpers Raul Tony one is a former Professional Boxer. both are amazing very helpful with everyone. Myself who is proboxer love to help others. We as a team keep them off the streets we do mitts with everyone we do conditioning . We make it fun Come check it out you wont be disappointed I promise you. Tuesday and Thursday is two hour day pm pm Im open for Personal Training on or family training just come ask me during my work hours if any questions please text me. Amazing atmosphere for kids. Trainers are wonderful and my son has had a great months so far. Definitely need to give them a try for any boxing enthusiasts. They will work with kids at any skill level, my son was a beginner who had never put on a glove before.
