Great place before covid now they are reopened but you have to have reservations to use their pools and the sauna, hot tub, and steam rooms are closed until the covid warning gets to be yellow. Who knows how long that will be

Parkpoint Santa Rosa is not the same anymore. My mom has been a member of parkpoint over years and experienced a rude response when asking for help Poor management rude staffnot all. I will take my business else where. No good amenities on top of that.

Clean. Some people wont clean after themselves but most of the people do. No meat heads hear. Good to see people that just want to get their body the way they want and not use the gym as a dating site. Yay
